Henry Hatt found a skull in this mine during his first exploration.

Bonit - Oertelsbruch
this is an unknown project located in Oertelsbruch near Schmiedebach.

Gurami - Böhlscheiben
Was supposed to take the torpedo production of the company Transavia. After the arriving of the Russians, some of the underground chambers were blasted.

Hausen - Kühler Morgen
was supposed to host an underground production. After the war, the Russian SMA (Sowjet Militäry-Administration) wanted to blast the mine, which could be prevented. Today, the mine is flooded.

Kaulkopf - Kaiser Wilhelm
Not much information available on this one.

Kaulquappe - Petersloch
Has former concrete production rooms of the company Schott-Glas from Jena. Interesting project, which is still accessible. In the last months of the war, many train transports arrived and the material got deposited in the mine, which still are a secret today. Also, some parallel tunnels being drawn in the mining plan, is very mysterious. Serveral blasts prevent access to all parts.

Klumpfisch - Brummer Edmund
was investigated and does not hold any secrets.

Krake - Grossneundorf
was investigated and does not hold any secrets.

Lanzettfisch - Blaues Glück
Got prepared for the use of a gear production. Can still be entered by the main tunnel. In the left part of the main floor, we found a room which has been excavated during World War II. and filled up again.

Lingula - Herrenbruch
closed - Stasi wanted to search the mine.

Lungenfisch - Koselstein
flooded.

Meduse - Hilfe Gottes
Used by the mineral oil plan - flooded

Molchfisch - Wagners Glück
Main entrance tunnel closed by a slate dump.

Orfe - Fortuna
Out of work since 1938 and prepared as a deposit for the Navy. Accessible via a water tunnel of the lower floor.

Pekten - Friedrichsbruch
was used by Franz Itting, the owner of an electric company for storage purposes.

Pirai - Mühlenbruch
Got prepared for an underground production and is still accessible. A very interesting part of the mine is not accessible anymore.

Ricke - Wilhelm
closed - flooded for water supply.

Rotbutt - Oertelsbruch (Laura)
V-2 tube test plant by the Nazis which worked with prisoners of concentration camp Buchenwald (department "Laura"). Very large extension. Still accessible and interesting, because of the installations of the Nazis (submarin webs as protection against falling stones, and so on).

Rotfeder - Kirchberger Glück
Should have been used to store the records of the Wehrmachtsführungsstabes. Free accessible and secure. A part of the mine is still unaccessible and could be a deposit.

Rutte - Rentschensbruch
several levels accessible, the upper is dangerous - tunnel ends in deep cave.

Schildkröte - Glückauf
Also called "Heimannsbruch". Upper floor was rented and used by the Navy.

Schnecke - Achterstreichen
gave us serious headages, but is cleared now.

Trilobit - Gut Glück
was opened and cleared.

Zingel - Glückauf-Brand
was used by the mineral oil security plan. Has been expanded and prepared. When the US Army arrived, the mine was closed for some weeks and inspected.
